There’s something so timeless about film photography—it captures light, movement, and emotion in a way that feels nostalgic. For Hanna and TW’s engagement session, adding film was the perfect touch to preserve their love story in a dreamy, cinematic way.

These two are saying "I do" this May, and if their engagement session was any indication, their wedding day will be filled with laughter and pure love. They were so much fun to be around, giggling together the entire time, making every moment feel effortless and authentic.

We started their session on Main Street in Batesville, where the historic charm was the perfect place to recall their childhood hobbies of playing piano and reading books. From there, we went to a beautiful open field, where the golden light added a warm, romantic glow. And of course, their sweet pup joined in on the fun, making the session even more special!

Film photography was the perfect add-on for this session. It paired perfectly with the digitals, capturing light and movement in a soft, organic way, preserving the little in-between moments that make a love story truly unique.
